Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the hotel reservation will allow for a refund of the deposit.
No-Show:
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
Behavior and Responsibilities:
Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, refraining from disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests.
Damage Liability:
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel premises, including but not limited to, the rooms, furnishings, and other hotel property.
